Welcome to our practice and thank you for your interest in our clinic. We provide just about every general medical service you and your family might need, and make referrals very simple. And we accept most commercial health plans.

Our goal is to be your first choice in patient healthcare, by providing convenience and accessibility to our practice. We are not only committed to offering the best possible medical care to our patients, but we strive to continue to meet your needs in ways that are convenient for you. This website – your patient portal- is one of the ways we can provide an improved patient experience.
Night, Weekend and Holiday Care
We provide an answering service for our patients who need after-hours or weekend medical help. You will be notified what to do depending on your situation.
Other Services
Walk-ins: We accept walk-ins for sick patients only.
Patient Injection Program: For our established patients we offer most adolescent and adult vaccines, flu Shots and flu Mist at our office with no appointment necessary.
Medication Refills: If you need a refill of medication you are currently taking, please contact your pharmacist. If authorization to refill your medication is needed, the pharmacist will contact your physician or physician assistant. Call several days before needed, in case your doctor is away. Please be advised some refills require an office visit and may require lab work.
Laboratory: Our Clinic offers a full service lab, with the exception of specialty tests, staffed by certified laboratory technicians. Lab work requires an office visit before any work can be performed. If you do not have a standing(routine) order, we may have to schedule and appointment with your physician. Lab draws are done between 7:30 am - 11:30 am on a first come first serve basis.
